Miley Ray Cyrus's real name is Destiny Hope Cyrus. Born on November 23rd, 1992, in Franklin Tennessee, she was raised within Thompson's Station Tennessee by Tish Cyrus. Five siblings are hers - two half-brothers and a half-sister, as well as a younger brother and sister. They named her Miley because she was an enormous source of hope for them. Her childhood nickname, Smiley, due to her infectious personality, was eventually shortened to Miley. Her father was an influential Democratic politician whose name was Ron Cyrus. The show went on to be an enormous hit. Tours which sold out, and merchandise agreements followed. Cyrus quickly became a popular teen sensation. Cyrus was able to take on new characters following the popularity and the fame in Hannah Montana 2006. She was Ronnie Miller, alongside Demi Mood as Demi Mood in The Last Song in 2010 as well as Lola along with Demi in LOL in 2012.
